Christmas Day

Woke up late... around 1pm in the afternoon due to the 'early' nite I had. *[Gosh... it has been ages since I slept till so late... hehee...]* Had lunch and get prepared to go meet the rest of my MIS gang for some coffee then dinner at the Coca Steamboat restaurant at Concourse. Met at Bugis for some drinks at Terra... chatted and joked around. Waited for Jim to join us then we walked over to Concourse to assemble with the others and start our dinner. Initially there was supposed to be about 11 of us, but in the end, its left with only 7. Anyway its ok... hehee dinner was so filling... bloated manz! Kinda expensive as it cost us each about $45... but its on a festive season so can understand that the price went up. Includes free flow of drinks such as red wine, beer and also soft drinks. I had a glass of red wine and followed by some chinese tea...

After dinner, we decided to head down to boat quay for more drinks... chose Rav in the end. *[went there b4 with Ian and the rest for my advance birthday celebration remember??? Hehee...]* Not a bad place... I would say, music ok, drinks ok too... hahah I had the Purple Sensation. Went back around 1am... had to wake up early the next day for project research so can't stay out till too late... or should I say 'early' Hahaha...

Christmas Eve...

Met Jiahao and Sheeweng at AMK central to collect the huge and heavy logcake before going over to Kaiyin's house for her buffet dinner. Reached her place around 8pm... had some food... *[there were lots of food... 12 dishes in all... WOW!]* So surprised that she bought a puppy... a little black silky terrier! Soooo cute... took some photos with him... hehee! Actually the guys wanted to head down to boat quay for clubbing but it was oredi past midnite and by the time we head down it will be past 1am... so they decided to stay put instead. *[Hengz... hahaa coz I was still undecided. Whether to go or not to go with them.]* Chatted and snacked around till 4am... WOW...! Went home and had a super 'early' nite... Hahaaaa!

2 days to Christmas! Yeah... hehee so happy! Had class last nite but Athena and me left school early to go for our last minute shopping over at Plaza Singapura. Oh ya... Athena, Jeff and Steven bought me the bag that I saw and wanted to get from Charles & Keith as my belated birthday present! Although it was a super belated present, I really liked it! Hugs and Kisses to you guys manz... you're the best! *[hehee another bag to add to my collections hahaa...]*

Went to PS to get presents... got a bedroom slipppers and towel set from Esprit for my mummy, a Pooh bear mug for my sis and as well as a cute chipmunk soft toy for my cousin from Action City. Bought some cakes from Cafe Cartel also... having half price for all their cakes after 9pm. Got their Mango cake and Oreo Cheesecake. After all the shopping, was so tired... waited so long for a cab... lotsa people there. All rushing for last min shopping I suppose. Heehee!

Class tonite again... sianz... *[my mind has oredi been switched to the holiday mood... hahaa!]* The whole MIS will be on half day today, but I juz wonder why they still put classes today and not postpone it till after Christmas since no staff will be in school in the evening. Haiz... no choice gotta 忍... 要放假了。。。！ My schedule will be packed for the coming holiday weekend... Spending my Xmas eve over at Kaiyin's house, house warming with buffet! Having dinner with my MIS gang on Christmas day and we'll be going clubbing after that! Hahaa... On Boxing day, gotta meet up with my MOS project mates in the morning to do some research then it will be mad shopping with Kaiyin in the afternoon! Great way to spend the Christmas weekend... hahaa yeah!

Tired weekend... had classes for 4 straight days! Thursday, Friday, Saturday and even Sunday as well... no choice coz it was intensive lectures for the weekend. Thought I had to forgo my last nite shopping on Saturday, but guess what... hahaa I met up with Ping and Ian after my class and had dinner together. Then they suggested that we head over to Bishan J8 for shopping coz they are opened till midnight. Hehee... so happy still can shop! Went there and walked around... My God... I have never seen so many people at J8 before! Those shops which are offering discounts were so crowded with customers that it was even difficult for us to squeeze in and have a look. But nevertheless, I managed to get a pair of heels from Charles and Keith... and guess how much it cost? Only less then $20!!! Hahaa so happy... gonna keep that for Chinese New Year. Saw a nice bag there too... wanted to get but they dun have a new piece other then the one on display, so end up never buy. *[Disappointed... but never mind! Coz Jeff told me that he and the rest of my gang will get it for me as my belated Bday pressie! Yeah!!!]*

Went shopping on Sunday too... bugis and Suntec this time round. Didn't get other thing except for a ring... *[Coz mine old and favourite ring broke... so sad... it has been with me for so long... haiz]* Like this new ring alot... nice design and cost me $25. Had dinner at Carl's Jr and then head home... tired day!

Watching King Kong tonite... hope its good... heard its a 3 hr long show. Will be back to update soon... byez!

I'm back to blog... finally... Now for some updates on the last weekend;

Saturday

Went to work in the morning as usual. Then in the afternoon went for my appointment at Hair Inn (Hougang Point outlet) to do rebonding. Yes... I have finally decided and made up my mind to do rebonding after considering for so long. Hahaa...! Reached there at about 2pm and by the time I finished it was almost 6pm oredi... so long... *[can't believe I sat there for almost 4hrs to do my hair... hehee]* But overall the results was good... my hair was never so straight before in the past! My stylist told me that after a few washes it will be more natural. *[that was what I ask for, natural straightening... not those pokey straight and super flat type.]*

Sunday

Went for my driving lesson in the morning at 8am... *[so early... but no choice thats my usual time slot.]* Completed my vertical parking le... yeah... 2 lessons and I'm done with it! Next up will be parallel parking... thats the nightmare... hopefully I can master it soon. After driving, when back home for a short nap before getting ready to go over to my grandma's house at Simei to celebrate her birthday. Me and my sis went over around 2pm and went back at 5+... had dinner at home then had to do research for my project stuff. Haiz... Its gonna be busy busy busy for the weeks to come... Due to our short semester this term, all our projects deadline are so rush! And moreover, Christmas and New Year are juz around the corner...

Will be having intensive seminar this weekend... haiz... boring again. Marketing of Services will be up on my list first then followed by Internet Marketing in Jan and Feb. Most likely will be meeting Jiahao on Sunday after my class and after his project discussion in the late afternoon to go see his Adidas jacket. *[I was thinking should I get 1 too... hmm... but they dun seem to have the colour combination that I like, red jacket with white stripes on the sleeves. ]* Kinda expensive though...

Yeah!!! I passed my exams!!! So happy... hahaaa! Recieved a sms from Jeff last night saying that our results for exams last semester are out, juz when I was about to drift into dreamland. Was actually contemplating if I should get up to go online and check... in the end I did hehee... Luckily my sis was still using the com so I dun have to wait for my stupid lagging com to load up. So nervous when the page was loading... damn slow man! Hahaa but when I saw that I passed for both modules, I was so happy... hahaaa yeah! Got 61 for Marcom and 66 for Advertising, both credits. So surprised that I fared better for Advertising than Marcom...

Anyway... the wait is over! Gonna go celebrate with my gang tonight at Mind Cafe! Hahahaaa.... this is the best Christmas present for me... *[although Christmas is still quite some time away... hehee...]*

It has been a week since I last blogged... haiz.... Was sick all the way from Thursday till today... *[this is terrible... flu, cough, sore throat together!]* Had to stay home during the weekend and missed an outing trip with my gang... so sad... heard that they went to so many places and worst of all, they went up to Mount Faber without me... *[Wahhhh... so bad rite... haiz! Went without me...]* But no choice... I was sick so I chose not to go out.

Finally stepped into Orchard to see the lightings on Tuesday! Hehee... Went with my sis and her buddy. Shopped around at Taka and headed over to Far East... saw the huge Christmas Tree in Taka and as will as the one in front of Paragon. Took some photos here and there... they are uploaded in my Friendster. Might consider uploading here as well... but that will have to wait till I have the time. Hahaahaa... Not much to see this year around Orchard Road I feel... except those big big Christmas Trees at certain location, other than that, nothing really special and attractive.

I'm still waiting for a chance to go up to Mount Faber to see the Christmas tree over there! Haiz... let's see if I will have the chance to pop by this weekend... hehee! Gonna stop here for today... Byez...
